Lowongan Kerja Field Officers Oxfam GB

Oxfam GB looking for Field Officers (2 positions)

at Sangihe District of Donggala District.

Indonesia faces a range of natural hazards including flooding, eartquakes and drought. Over the 3 last years, some 255.000 people have lost their lives to natural disasters and conflict. A further 1.4 million people have been displaced.

You will contribute to reduction of disaster risks by building the capacity of local governmen, Civil Society Organisations and communities to be prepared for disasters. You will also support our local partners in the implementation of their projects. Specifically you will provide technical inputs into disaster risk management along with project management expertise, including financial management. And when disaster does strike, you will support our emergency response.

You should have experience of disaster risk management, especially disaster preparedness and responses and a good understanding of humanitarian principles and standards. We will also be looking for strong project management, interpersonal and influencing skills and NGO background and ideally and understanding of DIPECHO requirements.
