IT Staff
(Jawa Timur – Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

* Support Operational Cabang dari sisi Infrastruktur agar bisa berjalan dengan lancar
* Membantu menginventarisir dan melakukan Follow UP atas ISR Cabang
* Melakukan Troubleshooting HW dan SW atas PC user. Jika harus ada penggantian Sparepart, segera hubungi Vendor PC
* Monitoring dan Troubleshooting Local Area Network Cabang
* Menginventarisir Peralatan IT Cabang
* Memastikan SW yang terinstall di masing2 PC user, sudah sesuai dengan standarisasi dari Kantor Pusat
* Membantu kelancaran proses Implementasi System Baru
* Menjembatani komunikasi antara user dengan IT Pusat (Berhubungan dengan ISR)
* Memberikan Report ke IT BU Koordinator, setiap kali melakukan Kunjungan ke cabang di area nya masing2.
* Selalu berkoordinasi dengan IT BU Koordinator

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Having Knowledge in Programming Language, Such as Delphi, Visual Basic, WEB Based Programming, etc
* Having Knowledge in using MySQL, MS SQL and Oracle Database.
* Having Ability on Troubleshooting Hardware and Software
* Having Ability on Troubleshooting Operating System (Windows Family and Linux)
* Having Deep Ability on Troubleshooting LAN/WAN Networking using Windows and or Linux
* Willing to make Business Trip outside the homebase (City) all around the East Java Region
* Willing to Work Overtime
* Will be Placed in Surabaya (Homebase)
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
