Management Development Program

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree of any disciplines from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0

- Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year experience

- Single and maximum age 27 years old

- Computer literate & ability to work in computerized environment

- Strong business and financial analytical skill

- Strong communication and interpersonal skill

- Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

- Willing to be placed in any position in the bank

- Willing to be assigned to various cities in Indonesia
