Branch Manager – Personal Banking.
Responsible for leading and growing a personal banking business, including the sales leadership, customer portfolio management, maintaining quality service levels, ensuring staff are appropriately trained and developed and ensuring compliance with operational and risk management requirements. Minimum 7 years banking experience.
Relationship Manager – Personal Banking.
Responsible for personally managing a customer portfolio, including identifying and satisfying customer needs and delivering appropriate strategies, products and services to meet these. You will also responsible for growing the business through new customer acquisition. Minimum 3 years banking experience and preferably holds WAPERD and AAJI certification.
Essential requirements.
- University graduate from reputable university.
- Strong sales and achievement focus.
- Strong business and commercial skills.
- Excellent customer and relationships skills.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication.
